STORE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

I aim to post your item within 1-3 working days after Paypal payment and 3-5 days for all other payment methods to allow for clearance through our respective Banks. If there is a delay with your order I will always contact you by email.

Prints will be cellophane wrapped against a board support and securely flat packed or if very large sent in a cardboard tube.

RETURNS POLICY

I am afraid I am only happy to make a refund in the case of loss or damage to your item.


If your item gets LOST or DAMAGED in the post please get in touch with me: 
If the item appears to be LOST we would need to chase up the post office and leave sufficient time before we can be sure that the item really is lost in the post before we agree to replace or refund. 

If the item arrives DAMAGED - If it is one of an edition I may have another print to send as a replacement. If it is a unique print you may choose to have a refund. 
If this happens please inform me within 7 days UK purchaser (14 days EU purchaser) from the day after you received the DAMAGED item. Please return the item to me as soon as you can so that I am able to refund your money (including the original shipping fee) within 30 days.

If your print has been DAMAGED in the post I will need you to send the item back to me (or, at the very least, email a very clear photograph of the damage) so that I can be compensated by the post office myself.

If returning a print I advise you to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) so that it doesn't get lost.
